Land Inspire has worked with resident and housing associations throughout London, taking areas of underused/misused land and transforming them into community hubs. Land Inspire helped to establish a rain garden on Lancaster Estate, and creating a garden at the front of Salisbury Estate. In both cases, Land Inspire worked closely with residents and the on-site gardener to create thriving spaces that could be easily maintained. Smaller yet impactful projects include establishing over 5km of native hedgerows and the equivalent of 3 tennis courts of pocket community food growing areas.
