Land Inspire has been working with Bankside Open Spaces Trust, a thriving community gardening charity, for several years, providing a range of landscape architecture services, including project management for the capital works at Marlborough Sports Garden, contact administration and planting design at Waterloo Green, the creation of habitat projects and food growing schemes and roof gardens. W has worked with BOST to establish sustainable urban drainage schemes, including rain gardens, underground rainwater harvesting, ecology ponds fed by rainwater harvesting structures, and dripline irrigation, fed by rain harvesting from the roofs of nearby offices and residential blocks. Land Inspire provides an ad hoc advisory service for BOST's staff and its Future Gardeners Apprenticeship programme. Community consultation and engagement are at the core of Land InInspire'sork with BOST. We have procured a £0.5m sports management contract and negotiated the lease terms for several of BOST's sites.
